Civil engineering LeFarge in Leicestershire required some site safety posters to remind site workers of the dangers of working in a quarry. It had to engage the workforce and not lecture the reader about what they already knew, but remind them of the standard safety hazards.
This is one of many created to compliment a safety poster. It's important to engage the viewer and if you can give them a feeling of knowledge in this sort of safety poster without insulting their intelligence. A humorous slant was agreed and it was liked by all at the approval stage.
