Concept:
This poster was commissioned to promote servicing products across multiple Land Rover models. Creating a visual language that resonated with mechanical engineers familiar with traditional technical documentation, while delivering accurate information.
Styling:
The technical illustration design draws on over four decades of engineering and technical illustration traditions associated with Land Rover. This gave a final aesthetic that is an amalgamation of historical technical manual styles of line work, annotation, and layout that echo conventional engineering schematics.
Notes:
The illustrations were produced using digital illustration software Adobe illustrator, allowing reuse across additional technical marketing materials. This ensured long-term value, consistency and flexibility for future graphic design.
